Back 6Was Williams training with the Mids?
HahahahahaI reckon L Jones to replace the Houston role
Had a look this morning
Quick thoughts/observations
Bergman a defender, same with esava
Did seem like less kicking to 2nd square when kicking into i50 in match sim
Both Watkins and Lai showed something whilst also showing why they're not on any afl list
Whitlock doesn't look like a westhoff 07 take, got a bit of meat on him
I reckon L Jones to replace the Houston role
I think Lukosius will be the #1 option with Mitch sticking at the #2
Moraes caught my eye more than Berry
Was doing more chatting than watching anyhow
What are Jacksons and Walsh's injuries? Both were being slammed with running
His hamstring will be in orbitHahahahaha
What are our odds for the spoon this year? I might load up
Bergman is similar. Will be in time and space and just randomly kick to an opposition player in 30m of space. Both are generally good enough by foot if they can sort out the brain farts.i think jones has a good kick he just makes poor decisions and panics
Burgoyne still on a wing?Had a look this morning

Based on this presser - https://www.portadelaidefc.com.au/news/1707441
Soldo and Visentini have had like 3-4 month injury recoveries from their knee operations, but are nearly there. Farrell ditto for his Hammy.
Houston's replacement for AliExpress Jones has Hinkley's magnet board written all over it.i think jones has a good kick he just makes poor decisions and panics
The whole body composition looks completely different, still thick legs, but waistline and torso doesn’t look bulky in pictures. He is elite by foot, if him and Farrell are delivering the pill inside 50, we will quickly forget about how bad the Houston trade was on our behalf.Back 6

100000000000%Part of the problem with the gameplan was the need for a "Houston role". We shouldn't be relying on getting the ball every time into the hands of one elite kick to make game breaking passes.
Be like Brisbane where any of the defenders can rebound off and hit up simple kicks to players running through the midfield to deliver into an open forward line.
Get rid of this guy. He's unlocking the gym.Stronger, faster, fitter: Graham on pre-season focus

Too early in training to draw conclusions & trust them. But if you think he will develop grit under Hinkley think again.Sorry to intrude lads, just wondering how Luko has been tracking in the pre season so far? Terrible news about Todd, hopefully makes it back from that horrific injury (done one myself).
Is Luko playing down back or up forward? Still looking like he's made of string cheese or finally put on a bit of muscle and grit?
Just doing a draft games of sorts and thinking of him as a 2nd KPF option
Targeting our upper body strength. If only all of us on here had thought of that. Seriously.Graham on the areas of focus
“Yeah, just building on, so they were already at a strong level, but our ability to repeat speed. We've brought in some new testing to test that, and we've also targeted our gym, particularly our upper body strength, which we've wanted to make some changes in there, and both have improved.”
