Sadly we keep hoping that something fuels them and somewhere along the line it's either strategy, injury, mindset, fatigue that keeps us going around in circles never making things easy for ourselves.

It’s a really good point…are we actually good enough to win in a consistently strong manner as great teams do, or we actually not that good and just ride waves of momentum through good stretches? I honestly thought we were the former after the Geelong win but we’ve regressed again. Sure there are some mitigating factors, but the lack of consistency seems like the only constant.

This far into a rebuild this group really should be delivering consistently if they are indeed capable of it. This year I fear will be done soon, so all eyes will be on us next year. If we’re actually good we should see a 16+ win season but if we struggle with consistency again It’s hard not to think that we are what we are, and don’t have it to go to the level required to win a flag.

Yeah you've gotta put your best team out there in finals. It would be even more risky playing inexperienced kids.
Yes, they've done well over the past two weeks, however there's a huge difference between Eagles and Saints compared to the Lions at the Gabba

Happy with the ins - probably would have preferred Cincotta over one of Durdin/Motlop/Fantasia as I don't think we need all three. Lord stiff as well but was always gonna be some unlucky players with all the returnees
