Why do we keep handballing it? it results in a turnover 95% of the time. Kick it long, what are they thinking?

Also, i think we had 1 stoppage in our 50 that quarter. Even in the wet the ball just rebounds straight out of there
It's because all the forwards get sucked into where the ball is kicked and no one stays on the outside in case the ball gets spoiled away.

A goal in it. If we beef up around the contest and show a bit of composure we'll win this.

Gets the ball, but most of his disposals go nowhere or scrub along the ground..pretty disappointing game.
Hes frustrating cause in the wet he’s the least fumbly alongside Pou he has class then follows it with batshyte dumb decisions??
It’s like eveeytimw Butler gets a free ….like he has time to think how he can hand it back to opposition

We need to think about how we're using Owens. He is very consistently ineffective.

Such a scrap but feel like we'll go down by a few goals. Adelaide generally the better team since quarter time.

It wasn't really an assist, he just bombed it down the line. Pou's roving was elite and that's what made the goal
That's the whole point. He does what is required for Pou to snag a goal, then tries a handball when he should dump.it forward.

Footy IQ for our whole team in the wet is appalling.

Owens in desperate need to get into the game. These should be his conditions. 2 disp only

Wet weather footy really highlights the blokes who take short cuts with their physicality and it has highlighted a few for us tonight.

Need a huge last quarter to pinch this, but I think it will be another small margin loss, another could of been.
