What really amazes me about the decision to delist Knobel is that Freo really made a huge mistake with this call and i would have loved Richmond to take him if we had a remaining list spot. was just really stupid

should have been the player delisted with a rookie promise
He is contracted and if another team takes him then great his salary is off the books

But to let a 20 year old Ruck with massive upside get taken from under your nose is just silly

I wouldn't say that.
The North pick trade was amazing (stupid north).

But I wouldn't touch trainor the way the afl concussion panels are now he's a Nathan Murphy waiting to happen (nice kid but id be staggered if he plays 50 games). Smillie is a risk because he lacks football IQ and while I love hotton the acl is a worry. Faull is the type of player that in a good side could be a valuable role player but in a poor side might be a complete bust. I think Lalor over jagga Smith might be the worst choice of the lot.

Armstrong is good but doesn't justify the rest.
I was quite staggered they didn't take travaglia or Reid frankly-theyve gone for a lot of risk for a team that absolutely has to nail this rebuild before lassie comes in.
