That annoyed me. Had a whole year to really get into shape with a PT etc. instead goes out smoking and having drinks. Hugely unprofessional. He’s been catching up ever since

McCarthy was back training early with Fyfe the year he got traded to Fremantle while everyone else was on leave. He trained for a bit that year at Sth Fremantle with GWS's permission, then I think they withdrew permission.

Yeha I'll try divert the train back on track.

Yesterday was one of the best training sessions I've ever witnessed.

Sandilands was working Darcy like an absolute beast, the boy is going to commenced Rd 1 with a rocket up his backside.

Josh Carr did this awesome wrestling routine, in the only way Josh Carr could. Literally imprinting his aggro in the Fibre of every players DNA.

Even Anthony 'w***er' Rock had completely changed his game and had them doing different drills.

Exciting.

I really do wonder sometimes what would have happened if he was playing in the Gaff game. That would have been something

Nobody cares what happened in November in the key moments of the season, unless it's someone having surgery at the start of preseason that might have been possible to do at the end of last season.

What's the story with Nathan Wilson?
I heard/read somewhere that it was a lingering toe injury that needed to be sorted out. Haven't seen any other confirmation of that though.

What drill was Rock putting them through?

I was at training Monday and watched Jason Carter. He is a long way off from what I saw.He seemed to be going half pace all through the session. At the end when they were doing running he was struggling to keep up.In fact he couldn't
I think maybe he needs a Son Son lesson.Maybe a lesson from Son Son.

And Aish has arrived? Was he there Wednesday? Missed that
Carter will always struggle. He's a rookie, I'd give him time. He was good late in the season.
Yes he was. Started back Wed. Noticed Blakely in those photos. Good to see him back into it as a 5th year player.

Also a promising photo of Jesse Hogan running.
