Pies for a fully healthy list have really not rested their players. Saw glimpses of Father Time catching up with Pendles and Sidebottom a fair bit the last month. They still are sublimely skilled with ball in hand, but their workrate is starting to slow and tire. Mihocek also is winding down.

They should’ve ditched Cox and kept Grundy.

Enjoy the toothless going we now have found a full forward (Howe)… good ploy to use for a quarter and surprise the opposition but if it becomes mainstay Moore will have to spend more time with his opponent and teams will not have the ability to start planning for it.

Y'know this is a myth, right? He was mates with Jsos and Sos got him in as a junior to play some kick to kick etc with Carlton afl players. So he spent a season or so around the club and 'supported' Carlton because of it. He's never been an actual carlton fan.
He’s actually said this in a interview not long ago.. he was best mates with Tom Silvagni and something about sos giving him a jumper

Walsh and Hollands running 15 plus km a game for the next decade.

All this and I've never seen such a scrawny little young bloke love the hard stuff as much as Ollie. Him taking it up to the hardbody veterans of the Pies was a thing of beauty

He's going to be a monster when he's body matures. It could truly be our 'Joel Selwood' drafting moment where a legit gun player missed out on a top pick and fell into our laps.

Spot on Wick he's going to be a gun.

I am amazed at how good Martin is

Has he aged like good wine or Maybe I have a short memory

He has been sublime since his return

Skill and footy IQ is on a different level

He did a lot of important things last night.
His talent has never been questioned, just a shame injuries and form fluctuations have prevented him from displaying this level of footy, on a consistent basis…

Awesome win by the boys last night really proud of them and how they went about it. Kicking for goal has improved out of sight and all seem confident in front of goal. And well down to Weiters for putting Gov back in his place and yes no smiling until the final siren goes. I have to admit I had to turn it off when Elliott was in front of goal. Also loved the crowd atmosphere last night.
