Come on Hawks - smash us by 15 goals next week!!!
Sam Mitchell is someone who absolutely would hold a grudge and use it to fuel his team.

The Hawks are going to come out breathing fire next week and will want blood. No cue in the rack once 10 goals up. No mercy.

I can only hope Ginnevan kicks a goal and does an airplane celebration to get more media attention on the fraud and parasite that is Ken Hinkley.

Hinkley really deploying a scorched earth policy ala rushing key players back from injury despite the long term downside

He’ll sabotage the club anyway he can on the way out
Imagine if we lose Bergman and Butters at the end of this year. That will see three of our best four players lost from our list as his final parting gift.

These are more or less the same players who took the club to a prelim final last year. That doesn't happen if they're devoid of talent.

They haven't suddenly had a space jam moment and lost their talent. The problems are clearly between the ears at this point rather than being a problem with the physical makeup of the squad.
SA cricketers are clear proof of that. After finishing near the bottom for a long time, in walks the magic man in Ryan Harris - he obviously told the players that anything was possible, and the results speak for themselves.

Listened to his press conference so you didn't have to.

The game was played on our terms for 3 quarters.

Energy and effort was there.

It's a tough competition (I kid you not).

Journo tried to give him the youth out, but he did say there were plenty of experienced players out there (letting him down)

Don't expect him to fall on his sword. Looking forward to the challenge.
I'm dumbstruck.
To quote J P McEnroe- "You can't be serious?".

Don't forget we have to wear the hat

There has been a lot of talk how the players love Kenny but with his job gone and him hanging on for dear life for another season, the action of the players is showing that their talk was cheap and they don't really love Ken as a father figure at all.

Apart from a couple of players, no one is willing to put their body on the line this year for Kenny.

The team literally don't care.

The team will know that Kenny is being unbelievably selfish.

They team know that Kenny is a fraud of a coach and it is possible that their lack of heart in their game is a direct reflection on the false relationship that has been built between Kenny and the players.

I mean we've been deep in finals the last few years and now we are looking bottom 4.

The next 10 rounds we could go 2 and 8 if we're lucky.

Things are dire down at the club.

We are close to playing the kids and we are coming into Round 5.

The wallpaper that has been over the cracks in the wall are coming down and its ugly.

No one wants to play for him.

It is a fitting end to the era of the incompetent Hinkley and the soulless Koch. And yes, I thought a while to find the most appropriate adjectives for them.

If we had draft picks we may have a chance, Carr isn't fixing this mess, the club culture of what they see as successful has to be turned around top to bottom.

Our depth is woeful, the last 6 or so players that played yesterday are only SANFL standard.

It's going to be a long painful road back and I feel sorry for Josh Carr he should not have to fix Hinkley's disaster.

The season done.. 4 weeks in.. just play the kids.. work out who can and can’t play and stop playing the plodders

I would love to know what Carr is really thinking about his task ahead.

If the club were serious about a smooth transition they would have paid Ken out and told him to go.

Josh needed some clean air while the confidence of the players was still there, now look, a so called succession plan is going to turn into a salvage mission for Carr, talk about a coach killer.
