Yep, IMHO number 8 is the enigma of all numbers, so , who is the GOAT number 8 of YOUR club.

For me, Beau Waters Westcoast
Absolute dog of a player. Lined up and knocked out Jobe Watson one day at Subiaco. Wasn’t even reported. Never forgave him.

And Darren Bewick is my best #8

Big Red. One of my favourite players as a kid - was adept at both playing new or the ground.

If only he played now, his weight wouldn’t be allowed to be disclosed.

One of the all time great fatties.

Ronnie Burns number 8?

He probably has already. A Leigh Matthews trophy and a Doig vs more games and being the last inaugural player on our list...
Shaun McManus was underrated and under appreciated. Stuck through for freos first final in 2003 and 1st finals win in 2006.

I loved his famous Retirement speech in 2008 saying a new good era was coming at the dockers. It didnt happen the next season in 2009, it eventually stared in 2010 and continued in 2012-15.

I was a tiger fan back in the day, so:
Richard Clay, gentleman, winger, scholar, full back, occasional KPF, upstanding man, century goal kicker in country footy, shy and humble, 4 flags.

Giants: no need to ask, The Warden.
