Questions:

Is the moon also flat? If so, why is it always perfectly parallel to our flat disc even as it moves through the sky? If not, why is it a sphere and why does that reasoning not apply to earth?

How do satellites work with a flat earth?

How do magnets work as expected at the north and south poles if one is at the centre of the disc and the other is theoretically at any point on the edge of the disc?

No. I'm presuming that everyone posting in this section of the forum has been (and is currently) being exposed to the above conspiracies by virtue of metadata and social media algorithms (youtube, instagram, forums like this one, Twitter, Facebook etc).

Within that group there are 3 types of people.

1) Sane individuals that know 'flat earth' is madness of the highest order, is contradicted by physics, astronauts, getting on a plane, looking at the horizon, looking up into space, and a billion other ways, and we're just here to laugh at people that believe in it despite this. Some people in this category will even post 'pro flat earth' stuff to get a laugh out of people in categories 2 and 3 below.
2) People that are 'open to the possibility' of a flat earth (and are the ones who lack critical thinking, or are mentally unwell or otherwise vulnerable, and are thus at risk of being cooked by the above algorithms 'doing their own research' into getting bumped down to category 3 below).
3) Crazy conspiracists that think 'flat earth' is real, whom are generally people who at some stage in their lives belonged to category 2 above.

It's not bloody well real. If you're doubting the fact the world is round and are starting to think it might be flat after reading s**t like this thread (either here or on other social media sites) YOU'RE BEING COOKED BY SOCIAL MEDIA.

Stop. Get off social media. Walk away. Think.

That's a comment that sounds worthy, but is not that clever if applied indiscriminately. Not all points of view are equal and weighing up the words of some uneducated YouTuber equally to scientists simply means you are unable to curate your sources.

If someone tells you it's raining, and someone tells you it isn't, you don't just weigh each opinion equally. You stick you head out the window and see.
