Port has more posts than Adelaide already!

Well done all Port supporters!

Our board has been up for a little more than a week now and we have already beaten the amount of posts that Adelaide have.

It just shows that while Adelaide might be able to pack a stadium out every week and at this stage we can't, Port supporters are bigger football followers than that team across the road.

Well it's the off season and the test comes if people are still talking positively even if we have another bad run. Personally I try to avoid Crows comparisons, but what the hell. Did you know that back in 1991 the Adelaide Football Club sold 15000 season tickets in a week. Yet when the club had cash flow problems and launched a fund raising drive a few weeks later after two weeks they got less than $100 in contributions? Meanwhile they were claiming they were going to have the largest membership in the competition. Sure, there are many passionate Crows supporters, but there are far more who will never be "supporters", just as the Crows will never be a Club. The facts are 60% of the footabll public in SA will attend Crows matches and 40% Port matches. So we better make sure one Port supporter continues to be worth 2 Crows "supporters".

I keep telling everyone we're the best team ever. Probably those dumb Cows supporters haven't got the internet anyway. But we can prove we're better coz we post more stuff anyway. It doesn't matter what we talk about, coz we're sooo much better than them.
