When you see that Wilson and Murphy both played together for Fitzroy it’s hard to understand how the Roys were so shite back then. Imagine a team now having 2 players regularly with 25+ possies and kicking 3+ goals!

The great Matthew Richardson also nearly qualifies. His best was 10 goals but had 29 possessions twice, funnily enough both against Hawthorn but 10 years apart. He also had a 27 possie game against Hawthorn.
