He has that quality only the champs have, gears. His baseline level is already elite but then when needed he can step it up a gear, becoming a final quarter specialist.

He's just so brilliant and also just works so hard. Rankine is probably the contemporary with the same level of skill as Nick, but Nick sprints further in a game than Izzy does in a whole season.
