Player Watch Lachlan Sholl

Sholl seems to be David Mackay MK2 ..
Mackay was a much tougher player tbh. Mackay got a bit of a bad rap at times but the last few years was painful to watch. We should have traded when he had a bit of value at the backend of his career.

He gets tackled to the ground holding the ball despite having plenty of time to dispose of it at least once in every single match

Carbon copy of Rory Atkins

Sholl was just sholl today .. he's lucky there were a few that were very bad today... Holding the ball again... Same old sholl

We cannot play a team with sholl McHenry Murphy in the same team...

I never thought there would ever be a softer player play for the crows than Rory Atkins..

well done L. Sholl…

Feel like I've said this 1000 times, but he's not soft, he's just really weak and slow. Doesn't have the physical attributes.
Yep.

The concept of having outside players and keeping shape around the contest is fine. Sholl is just physically incapable of playing AFL unfortunately

The fact that Nick's can't bring himself to not pick him is concerning. What the **** does he see in him that he must be picked every week?

It's not like he's super quick or agile at the moment, so I don't think his skinny frame is offering him any type of competitive advantage. Why doesn't he seriously bulk up and see it improves his game.

Our coaches know he's struggling. That's why he was dropped from the 22 previously after Maynard tossed him aside like confetti

Even on the weekend he was getting torched by Nick Martin early, who was an aerial presence at both ends of the field.

Sholl simply not good enough / strong enough to go with him so they had to swap him to the other wing.

They know. So why don't they remember when it comes to the next week's selection?

Our club signs off on the "rating order" every preseason and this rating must he adhered to no matter what.
