Bowden and cox both unlikely I would think. If either it would be Bowden that does play imo. Wonder how lauderdale go once they actually get some of these missing players back in. Can they gel?

I actually disagree, I reckon UTAS and Blundstone will suit them better once they are full strength, trying to defend Siggins, Lane, Christensen and Hooker on a big ground won’t be easy.
Siggins yer.

Lane, Christensen and Hooker don’t exactly get up and back on the ground though?

Also coming of leg injuries.

But yer still think Dale pound for pound but NL look super super fit,l.

Was anyone at the Lauderdale/Launceston game today and can shed some light on how the blues won?
Yes I know that launy obviously kicked straighter than Lauderdale and took their chances but Wowee

That was basically it, Lauderdale kept missing.

They are just missing far too many top end players to be winning at the moment.

Is anyone any the wiser as to who will win the flag? I reckon the 4 teams would all still fancy themselves of at least making the grand final.

Got told in recent days that Mitch Robinson won’t be playing with Lauderdale this season. Will be interesting to see what unfolds.

Fair to say North Launceston will be getting atleast two home finals now. Would need something dramatic to happen.
Disappointing the South won’t see an all Southern final.
Last one was 2010. 14 years ago! Huge reason in the drop off of interest imo. We haven’t had kids going and watching rivalries in GFs down here. Problem solved next year I guess.

2009 was the last and only one, first year of the comp.

Yer with no internet, no seven day trading, no video games, no AFL on tv, no TikTok
You’re the one that said non-all Southern finals were the reason for the drop in interest - not me. Clubs would’ve been spending more 30 years ago on players than they are now, coaches aren’t getting recruited straight out of the AFL any more - for that you can largely thank the virtual non support (financially) of Tassie by the AFL in comparison to the Northern states - there’s your main reason for the drop in interest since.
