Trouble reportedly broke out at West Ham United's end of season party on Monday after one of the Hammers' players refused to give fans his autograph.

The gala dinner was held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London with attendance understood to cost fans £275 each, but it reportedly turned sour when West Ham striker Demba Ba didn't sign autographs, apparently claiming instead that he was 'too tired'.

The Daily Mail reports this angered many of the fans who attended which led to some of them hurling abuse at the former Hoffenheim man.

Following the situation with the player, who scored twice against Wigan on Sunday, it is believed that security attempted to step in.

Ben Shephard, a celebrity supporter of the Hammers and host of the party, is believed to have appealed for calm whilst the altercation ensued, and two police cars turned up moments later.

It is believed that West Ham players were threatened with a fine of one weeks wages if they didn't turn up to the event after the club was relegated from the Premier League on Sunday.

You can claim fan points. Ive seen legends/sublime talent at my club. You have seen Ashley Young, Stewart Downing and Emile Hesky.

When we go down we have some of the best youngsters around to pick us back up. If we are as horrid as you say why is everyone clawing there chequebooks out to sign our players?

Would still be playing pinball at the local diner if it wasnt for West Ham.

Joe Cole brings the laughs, similar to Paul Konchesky, similar to John Pantsil. The likes of Terry, Lampard, Ferdinand etc bring the talent.

I know enough about Villa to know there fans fapped hard at the signing of Pires for finally having a nameworthy player wearing the shirt.

good on them. we can fap over silly things while watching our team play top level football next season. with or without pires. our star signing. the biggest name to play for us since World War II.

Thats where we differ. You and AC are way too interested in measuring penises width/size/length/taste. My only concern is the list of vag we have gotten over the many many years.

ATM Pires is probably the best root you have had in a decade or so. To us Pires would be sloppy 2nds found in a petrol station bathroom used in order to get change for a 50.
