Who creates the system, oversees the training of the players to the system and ensures the system is correctly implemented?

You realise that that is the role of the head coach, right?

We often heard that the late 2000s Geelong team could coach itself, which was seen when they won the flag in Scott's first season. I guess know we know it was true. Ken didn't have to do a damn thing in his time there.

When you've got a juiced up bunch of Übermen and a welfare stadium and a list fill of father son concessions... Yeah Kenny wasnt contributing s**t apart from a few bum slaps
