2024 VFL Season

Not funny the CC shouldn't have to move , all the new oval is for shocking girls footy
A big issue for Port is the fact they can hardly train properly on their home playing ground during pre-season and often early into the season, like again this year. Having to constantly find other places to train.. Goal posts dont get put up till a week out and lines aren't done till the first home game. When they do train on the ground in pre-season, they can't even wear boots or use the whole ground! Which is due to the CC.. it's a neutral ground early in the season at this point for opposition teams. Something must give because it's a real disadvantage, teams like Frankston going past them due to factors like this and its a massive issue.

Clearly haven't realised the competition has changed in the last 100 years.. no? 4 more AFL clubs have joined and another strong standalone club in Southport. The comp isnt the same as it was 6 years ago (for example) let alone 100.

I was using Frankston as an example of a team that has had full access to their home ground the whole pre-season which has massive benefits.. no mention of yous playing well or not but ok. No doubt the right team won that day, better around contest and stoppage for most of the day.. however would like to see how things went if former AFL listed players wouldnt miss 15 meter kicks that led directly to goals against.. lots of unforced skill errors leading to scores that day and each week so far. Has to blow minds when its a pretty simple skill learnt when doing Auskick.. anyways

Yous and meter , god help us
All behold.. the Messiah of Illiteracy (*poor literacy skills - should it hurt your eyes to see such a word used).. yet could not understand a 42 word reply that was very simple.. FYI (For your information) there is such a thing as autocorrect with words that have 2 spellings, like *metre btw.. but yes god help us indeed for the need to display perfect grammar on a forum like this..

How do we all feel about Tarryn Thomas potentially lining up in the VFL later in 2024?

No wonder local clubs hate clubs like Sandy , they played 4 practice games , 3 games and then with the bye they organise a praccy taking young fellas from the area , when clubs need these players . The kids get sucked in as well , but Sandy have history doing this crap
Every club has done this in the past

How do you think the local clubs felt when Coburg had a bye over a week ago but couldn't get access to their players due to them playing a meaningless game v the academy?

It's so wrong , but in my dealings Sandy are shocking . Port under Gary Ayers was happy for his players to be happy at they're own clubs
