What’re your views on Phoenix Hargrave, very promising tall forward.

Daniel Rich kicked 8 goals on the weekend in a Noosa win over Labrador in the QAFL, could be a mid season draft steal.

Damn these elite sporting kids who are good at bloody everything!
It's disgusting - I played everything when I was a kid too, but my role was to make my opposition look elite.

Ironically the best of the lot was probably Noah, but he chose cricket.

A few cricketers seem to be going back to footy within a few years of when they would’ve been drafted. Hope we’re keeping tabs on him and maybe having a brother on the list might entice him back

Genetics is a wonderful thing.

If you fall on that side of the ledger. Next time round I'm picking better parents.

Ryan Lester kids are probably going to be interested in couch slouching, but if they do choose sport they will be off the scale elite.

My motto has always been the elite need someone to beat or they won't feel superior.

You're welcome elite ones, I was there for you.

Daughter played a Netball carnival on the weekend. There was a girl running around carving everyone up. Turns out she doesn't even play netball for a club. Just filling in to help her school out. Apparently she is a basketballer and made the Met East team in Netball, Basketball and AFL.

its even more common in female sport.
Proves how much affect genetics have and what a gift it is, of course hard work still has to be done to reach an elite level.

Are you Sydney based? Just a weird alignment knowing there was a big netball carnival on the weekend and then the Met East team is playing down in Albury today - my daughter's Aussie Rules team lost a player to the netball carnival and then another two (not the same ones) to the Albury comp that started today.
