Post-season surgery list: (For reference)
Aliir Aliir – knee

Boak – knee
Drew – ankle
Fantasia – knees
Hayes – knee
Motlop – ankle

Bergman had a screw loose, but it's all good apparently:

Bergman had a revision of the Laterjet procedure, after a routine check revealed a surgical screw from a previous off-season surgery had become loose.

The 20-year-old returned to training with his teammates at Alberton on Monday to continue preparations for season 2022.

Do we read this as Port have 9 players currently injured, or recovering from surgery, with at least one having just had surgery (as posted 1 hour ago)?

Jackson would still be missing as well, surely?

This stuff is fantastic.

It kept the gym door closed for the likes of Marshall and Westhoff while only Chadbro, Dixbro, Monty and Schofield had the strength to tear the door off it's hinges so they could bigcum bukkake the smith machine.

Dixon and Orazio having issues. Dixon sounds like a long term ankle issue.

Orazio quickly moving into the bad trade bucket we feared with his injury history.

Torn ligaments…never good

PORT ADELAIDE forwards Charlie Dixon and Orazio Fantasia will consult surgeons regarding respective ankle and knee issues.

Dixon tore ligaments in his left ankle after landing awkwardly on a teammate’s foot during a marking contest at training on Friday.

The 31-year-old will be in a moon boot in the short term while the ligaments recover and he will seek further medical opinion this week.

Fantasia has recovered well from surgery on his left knee but is having ongoing issues with his right one, so will consult his surgeon to consider the best course of action.”

Sounds like a long term issue potentially for Dixon. Could be good, forces us to actually restructure our forward line around others.

Fantasia is looking like a complete bust and wasted trade.

Dixon is disappointing but gives Mitchy a chance to really breakout this year and become our number 1 banana. Orazio is frustrating as hell. Exactly the injury prone player we were afraid of getting. Hopefully his luck turns soon.
