It occurred to me what a big season 2015 has been for JK. Up until now his biggest claim to fame has been the Judd trade and being our leading goal kicker all the time. Now he's added an AA and the Coleman and you feel like he has more national notoriety.
You forgot premiership medal ;)

In a dominant display against kids form Brisbane, Josh Kennedy opened his 2016 account with a BANG.

8.2 from 25 disposals and 16 marks. plus 3 tackles.

From the reigning coleman medallist.

You can all bow now.

We love you Josh....some more than others.

The road for redemption has begun.

Big test next week v Hawks. I'm backing my man to have a decent game at the home of AFL.

JJK was held to one goal against the reigning premiers today, although his role was somewhat different..

Playing further up the ground, JJK was at one stage the relieving kick from the back half. Not sure what the actual heck was going on, however this was evident with most of the team today

Onward to the derby, where he should mince Zac Dawson and the undersized Fremantle back-line at home.

1.1 from 18 disposals, 4 marks and an impressive 6 tackles.

A quiet night in terms of goals from JJK, however he is always thereabouts with his pressure, hard running and leadership.

Amassed 19 disposals, 9 marks and layed 3 tackles. Radar was off however, kicking 1.4.

Whilst JJK may look chuffed in this pic, one would have to say he was beaten in this game by a very good opponent in Rance. Having said that Kennedy managed 5 shots on goal, unfortunately scoring only 2.3

He was kept to his lowest possession tally for season 2016, with just 11. He reeled in 5 marks but what is impressive with our big full-forward is his defensive pressure, nailing 7 tackles.

Dirty, dirty day.

JJK was again beaten in many high ball contests & never was able to get out on the lead of a close checking Grundy. Although he gets constantly scragged and infringed, he needs to go the ball and not worry about these frees.

18 disposal, 10 marks and the one tackle. Most of those 10 marks were high up the ground, not in the danger areas we need him to be in. Hoping he can turn it around against an ordinary Collingwood side next Sunday.
