So, IMO, whoever loses out of Crows v Lions, their season is done. And if Tigs can do WB, then Dogs are done too. Just then would leave GC and Pies o/side the 8 as possible risers, with Freo and * as possible outs. Go GC!
Up until Blues Radio, I never listened to any commentary. Just weeviled into my brain. I want to enjoy the footy. I can see what's happening in the game (as much as camera angles allow). But Ang, Kouta and Maher are having fun. For me, it makes it so much more enjoyable.
I don't mind it in one sense. It's an old cliche, but I do believe to be the best you have to beat 'the best'. Every game this year I believe we've had enough on-field talent to win. For me, it comes down to system, effort, and on-field footy IQ. That's where I love the additions of Gov and JM...
I was nervous before Pies but more confident before Dees. Swans at SCG will be a tough ask, particularly with the form they're in at the moment. Longmire will have them switched on for the whole game. As in all games this year, I believe the talent on the field is there to win.
This should be the end of the conversation for anyone suggesting TT...

I went to Blues Radio. If we lost I was going to 'blame' Kouta and Ang. When we were 4 goals up in last quarter, with only half the quarter to go, they kept saying "We've got this." And after every goal, they kept saying the same. But Andy Maher kept saying something like "What are you doing?"...
Last week before the game I had one word to describe how I felt: 'Nervous'. This week, I paraphrase from Star Wars: 'I have a good feeling about this'. Blues to win, and hopefully JM kicks the first goal 😉...
I prefer water into wine.....
Anyway, just catching up and see the Jordan Boyd re-signing news. Excellent news. And on that basis of good news, I reckon we win this week!
