Thanks! It’s a rare day indeed when I’ve guessed in fewer words than you. I’ve used the word before for when A and R were yellowed. I like to double up yellow letters to green positions early. ENEMY is my go to for when the E is yellowed for example.

Ooh I actively avoid double ups when there are non-double up options to use up as many unique letters as possible. I also try and pick balanced (in terms of number of vowels v consonant) words. Sometimes that works to my favour eg when turbo came up, and I avoided all those single vowel words and the trout double up. Other times it doesn’t

Haha I failed connections today. Got green and yellow without an issue but got stuck with one away on blue and blew all my guesses that way. I don’t think I would’ve gotten blue even if I was told the category haha so the right result. And I didn’t see purple.
