That's not the number of arrests. That's the rate of arrests per 1000 of the population.

So the outcomes will be skewed heavily to misinterpret actual arrests, if a section of the population is less than 1000.

Then you'll use misinformation about CSE in the UK to support your anti-immigration position.

Then when it's repeatedly shown to you that Muslims, Asians etc are a minority when it comes to CSE in the UK in comparison to 'white' people. You move on to "arrests per 1000"...
