Koz is box office but Neitz was from an era of footy that's dead now that everyone loved.

This is the first thing I think off when I think of Neita

That was a fun game melbourne got to 50 points up early in the 3rd and were 6 down by 3 quarter time before turning the game around to win by 26. Someone posted that 06 elimination final just watch the first goal neitz picks the ball up noticed no options and nailed a goal from the boundary with ease. Going back to 2002 what a year he had won the Coleman and kicked 8 in the gabba (melbourne home game) against a very good Brisbane backline. 2002 definitely one of my favourite seasons, yeah we were mediocre but at least we won a final and excited in an exciting way.

Sydney I was obsessed with Paul Kelly, Maxfield and Plugger. They got flogged by Melbourne in 98 I think and that's when I changed to me old man's team
Fair enough, funny I reckon most kids who change teams would have done it the other way round. Go for their family team then switch when they get a bit older.

Yeah I got shitty cause Sydney got pumped and I think maybe even the same game Plugger got suspended for smashing someone. But yeah I was obsessed with Kelly and Plugger love the way they played. Dad never pushed me and I ended up switching anyway in 98 I reckon

LOL, my old man told me I had to follow Melbourne while I lived at home but could support any team I wanted when I moved out of home.

I was 8 when I learnt this.
