From the first few training sessions watching him I do like the look of him very mobile for his size. Has been managed recently.

Watched him as bottom ager, barely played in 2024 but had him as the best KPD in the draft before his injury. Strong and athletic was hoping the Barrass trade included your 2R so we could get him or Barrat. Now we know why the Hawks insisted on keeping it. As long he’s over his navicular and stays fit he’s going to be an absolute weapon.

Battle will still only be 31, Barrass in the final/trigger year of his contract and given you’ve taken Mraz and have Serong whom I think is developing nicely and would be a prototype 3rd tall I wouldn’t be surprised as you mentioned if McCabe is trained as a KPF which is really the only area the Hawks lack depth in. Particularly with Lewis’s injury history and I really don’t rate Chol. Hopefully Calsher can get back on the park soon but hope they take a cautious approach to his back. You’ll come for Oscar too.
