This was explained in the first round preview thread and autopsy thread.
The focus was always going to be the Richmond senior and rookie listed players as they are the future of the club.

If you wanted to comment on the VFL blokes, we can discuss their impact in the thread and give any plaudits or criticisms.
VFL listed players can’t come into the AFL side at any stage through the season.

I appreciate that and respect that you can run it any way you wish. However those non listed blokes are working just as hard for the side and I just thought it wouldn't hurt to have some way of recognising that in the thread. Votes being the obvious. Fair enough though and thanks for the explanation.

Automatic delistings at the end of this season:
Griffiths,
Hampson, (unsure of contract status?)
Lloyd and/or Miles (both on 1 yr ?)

Next in line probably Drummond.

Then 12 months for guys like Chol, Callum Moore, CEllis, Markov, Drummond, maybe Stengle, to break into the team or at least be considered automatic depth replacements to avoid being the next delistings.

Menadue, Soldo, Shai & Garthwaite would be another level of safe at the moment, with all new draftees getting at least 2 years before judgement.

If they were Supercoach teams, the Richmond team would have got an absolute flogging.
Just goes to show the limits of statistics.
Refreshing to see the ball moving forward these days.
It was painful watching RFC pre 2017, with the amount of useless stats accumulated going backwards and sideways
What a pity the great Tom Hafey wasn’t still around he’d approve our current game style
