I do throw down sand to fill the holes. With 24d I have a dog that has access to these areas - I assume I’ll have to keep him away from the grass for quite a while after I use it - like days?

I don't know much about Port but Alliir Alliir is playing playing. And being a fan of the wolverine franchise, I'll keep an eye on Hugh Jackson.

For us we swung the axe banishing (silver ) Logue and rotten ( Corr) to watch from home. Although typical of the AFL we are up against a rerun of the fantastic wartime flick Dam Busters which is on Gem at 4:20pm. So the boys may watch that instead. We all might as it starts 5 minutes after the game commences. It's based on an engineer who is struggling to come up with a way of attacking German dams, which of course would cripple German heavy machinery manufacturing during WW2. We could probably make a movie about a coach who's struggling to come up with a plan to attack the footy. Is a critically acclaimed movie, Dam Busters I mean, so of course will be the al clarko bio , " Flatulence & Fucl<ing Around". Now I've heard from a reliable source Johnny Depp has signed to play al clarko.

So anyway ins are Archer, Dawson and Hardeman. Good to see Archer back and I'd like both Dawson & Hardeman given an extended run.

The tale of the tape isn't flash we've lost our last five to Port and they seem to nearly have our fulltime score covered by half time. Jason Horne Francis the reverse Kanga will be playing, which is good for him. We have the Wardlaw of course which is good for us.

The weather forecast is good, a top of 21 and sunny, I was hoping for rain as the way we play you'd think it was the middle of June Moorabbin circa 1984. Not sure we can win, but Port are flaky, if somehow we can get our hands on the ball and deliver into our forward line with a semblance of order, who knows. And it will be interesting viewing watching Charlie Comben, I think he will be better without the other 2, well, not that he could get any worse. And apparently a few wanted Darling rested and to give 'Bob' Maley a chance.

If it's all goes to shit, keeping with the theme, "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn".

you need to hit up the lawn forst for amicide/mcpa based broadleafed herbicides to do their thing first then re evaluate whats left, chances are it will be paspallum, that needs spot poisoning with glysophate, apply with a wand otherwise you will have a lot of overspray and a big bare patch, then till the little patches up and put some seed there,
