Whose hand is this?

Maybe he's cognitively declined so much that he can't do family photos. But the Democrats hid his condition so that it wasn't clear who was actually acting with presidential powers. Then they attempted to put him up as their senile puppet candidate for reelection, until it became clear he would lose.

You're enjoying seeing Aussie exporters cop a 10 percent (or more, for aluminum and steel) decline in exports to the USA thanks to the tariffs, seeing your Super funds get gutted thanks to the Stock market crash, seeing the Aussie dollar drop in value, watching as our major military ally openly talks about annexing other NATO allies (Canada and Denmark) undermining our national security (and global national security), while also placing us in a position where we have to choose between our major strategic partner (the USA) and our major trading partner (China)?

If we stopped doing business with China (as he wants), we would be utterly ****ed. It's Australia (and Western Australia in particular with the mines) trade with China that has kept our standard of living so damn high for so damn long, and now we're in a position caught in between those two in a trade war.

Literally nothing of what has happened has been good for Australia. And its only going to get worse.

If the ****wit was only ruining his own nations economy I would care that much, but the US economy is the default global economy (why the US dollar is the default currency, and US Bonds are - or were - the global economic safe haven).

I get you agree with his social positions (on trans rights and 'woke' stuff etc) but surely by now you can see those social positions are a facade behind which hides a very dangerous grifter with no ****ing idea what he's doing to the global order or the economy, and is only in power to establish an Oligarchy in the USA via purges of the Public Services and installing lackeys, ignoring the Rule of Law and the Constitution (and the SCOTUS), deporting and imprisoning people without due process (often for doing nothing other than expressing free speech), and far worse.

You're cheering on the death of a Republic upon which global order was based. What comes next is anyone's guess, but none of it will be good for Australia.
