So the Fifty Shades of Whey account is responding to a post that says "Xiaohongshu also helps us Chinese better comprehend the plight of the working class in America. We used to believe that those who become homeless or addicted to drugs weren't trying hard enough. Now we know that no matter how hard they worked, it didn't offer them the happiness they deserved"

Why have they responded to that post not with a Red Note video but one from Tik Tok and why is the subject of the video not a homeless person or someone on drugs? Instead it's someone who is paying less than $500 a week rent has a $40,000 car and who is regularly meeting committments like $3000 a month in child care? Anyone trying to analyse the plight of the homeless or drug addicted is not going to glean anything from that video.
