I honestly can't take anyone seriously on an intellectual level who genuinely thinks J6 was an insurrection.

Trump pardoned a small army of people dedicated to him. For their role in attempting to prevent the peaceful transition of power and block the certification.
This sends a message to everyone. Do what it takes for Trump, and he will pardon you of any crime.

These people, for Trump, tried to prevent the democratic process.

I know it doesn't mean anything to many of you in this thread because Trump if your God, and everything he does is right.

But I hope one day you wake up and realise what Jan 6 was, and what it means to pardon all of them.
Especially the message it sends to everyone else.

Not one of these were ever going to be locked up anyways. It shouldn't stop an investigation into why they required pardons.

Sadly, it wouldn't be necessary with a sane incoming president. Hence the timing - Trump's J6 pardons just prove the actions correct.
Trump is vindictive enough to weaponise the DoJ and sack anyone who sticks to the rule of law. I can understand it.
