Funnily enough I just watched the first ep half an hour ago. I like David Mitchell (although I didn't take to Upstart Crow at all). And this? Likeable enough, but it's more 'Sunday evening viewing'.

Gee, it's been a quiet few months for UK Crime shows... I have found one though and am about to start it; 'Until I Kill You'... Based on a True Story, mostly great reviews & well, Anna Maxwell Martin should be 'nuff said:

Binged it today. Very good. Not really a cop show, more about the victim. Her oddball, abrasive character makes things hard for friends and police who try to help her. Anna Maxwell Martin should be scooping up awards for this performance (though her accent was a bit all over the shop lol). Shaun Evans is also very good as the psycho boyfriend.
