I don’t think they will move the slot & I think a bit too big

Could we try one based on their cricket graphics I wonder?

The cricket one has a lot of angle boxes. So they might use something like that (Blazers NBA scorebug) than the rectangle box they currently have but keep the same setup OR go with something completely new because they seem to be doing a big rebrand/refresh of the AFL

7 could go with an Angle box like this but keep their current step up of logos and score breakdown etc

For Fox,the Bottom bar like their cricket but I assume smaller? 7’s which NFL broadcast?

Just because the NFL does it doesn’t mean it’s a good idea.

The scorebug is crucial in the NFL, and displays far more information than an AFL scorebug.

Completely unnecessary to take up the centre of the screen in the AFL.

If it’s a smaller one at the bottom like the NBC or Amazon then it’s not too bad. I think the old Fox one is also fine

I’m just saying a bottom centred frame can be small & not take up big space

If they keep the current setup (which I doubt) then they could use the end of quarter scorebug as the main one with it obviously being smaller

It has the logo, colours, score breakdown and the team name. Maybe remove the G,B & T cause that’s unnecessary

I never understood why Channel 7 moved the scorebug position to the bottom left considering it obscures the vision of play. Top left has always been a superior position and I fear they may try to move the scoreboard to the middle similar to NFL and NBA causing more of the screen to be obscured. Also somewhat unrelated but while I'm here, the BBL scorebug this year has looked atrocious.

Reminds me of the Bally/Fanduel Sports in probably the worst basketball & baseball score graphic ever

A lot of companies are now focusing on mobile when designing their graphics. Hence why the NFL graphics are shifting more to centre/bottom to fit better on a reel or short.

Also why the Fox stuff is so damn large, so Kayo viewers don't have to squint to see the score.

Which is what made their horrific BBL graphics so baffling. Made it super hard to read the text on mobile with how busy it was.
