What you need room for in a grudge aside from the car

- Workbenches, tools & throbbing testosterone

- Stereo preferably vintage that needs constant tinkerking

- Grease, smells 'n sawdust

- A Laptop area for me time

id like to put some vintage audio shit in but it's just too damp in there. it's all weatherproof, but just the moisture from condensation is a killer in this wet ass climate

Nah 1.2m high fence. 300mm from spa to fence.

Issue is ive got some "climbable surfaces" near it. You have to basically make the fence high enough to rule out climbing over the objects. So you have to add the height of the climbable object to the fence lmao.

This companies products got me out of the shit when we sold our last house and had to get the pool fencing etc. up to the current spec

So much cocaine and other drugs are being dumped off the coast of the US state of Florida that it’s potentially sending fish “crazy”, experts have claimed.
Some sharks, possibly high, have been seen acting erratically with one swimming in circles while it eyed up an imaginary object.

Maybe it ingested a towel...

Watching American Real Estate shows, and i'm talking about how I wish Australian houses had livable basements like in America.

Then the missus says "yeah but basements are where people kill other people"

Ok maybe we shouldn't give her access to a basement.
Basements and Attics. Always loved these from American house plans. Australian house design is just about worst in world. Culturally our two biggest influences are the UK and US, both of which have lots of great houses (of different styles), yet most Australian houses are rectangular boxes with all the appeal of another 5 years of Ken coaching.

Basements make so much sense in such a hot climate too lmao

Yep. Having one with a lounge / family area, would be perfect for Australian summers. Yeah, they cost a fair bit, but if you're building a house to live in 15 - 20 years, then you can trade going up for a second story, for down for a basement instead. Also it'd cost a shit load less to heat/cool over a 10+ year time period.
