Most likely we finish out of the 8 and Weagles have cap space and could pay him enough to get a 1st rounder which would be top 5-8
we wont get that in a trade if Baker wants to leave

That’s rubbish , if players are on the market , it’s all about currency and $$ . Saints have not struggled to attract in demand players , what do you put that to , all their success , tpp at right time is critical in list building

It's not past, its the future success! St kilda at this stage is ahead of us in terms of current list and performance and hence players are interested as well. Yes, Money is key but prospect of playing finals and a shot at flag also plays a part for most players specially the talented ones.

You’re being a bit selective i think , even Taranto came to us In favor of coll coz of the commercial side of contract , same with hopper over cats . Lynch was quite unique that he didn’t take the best offer , no one else like that unless you say Cameron and danger but they’re locals
