SA obviously have a bias to their own state as Vic does to it's own. I don't buy that Victorians have a bias against anything outside it's own state. Would be good to see if any WA or Queensland outlets have a different version of events.

AFL - after a long and careful investigation and process they Adelaide FC et al have been found no charge to answer, in fact we were wrong and broke our own laws on draft tampering by not allowing the Tippett trade to go through. Adelaide FC pushed for compensation and the AFL was adamant none would be forthcoming, Adelaide FC appealed, AFL relented and gave Adelaide a compensation pick which can be used at any time while Tippett is in the AFL system, but not this year - ner ner we got you there !
AFC - we are pleased with the outcome and will continue to explore all legal avenues

Some new information came to light about the Tippett 3rd Party deal today and when Caro was rightfully question by 5aa she was unable to respond in a level of detail ( read a few pages back)

Yes she revealed that there has been a 3rd party payment to Kurt however from thie detail falls away quikly from there and it is replaced with assumptions that it has been illegally administered

All I'm saying is giving that the AFL has gagged the AFC until after the commission hearing surely the club deserves the right of reply instead we arecseeing a trial through the media with no opportunity to mount a defence

Six months ago she said there was an agreement with a second round pick for Tippett. 4 months ago it was a first round pick that was part of the trade deal, then on the Footy show she said there was no contract when it looked like Tips would sign. It is easy to be right when you suggest every permutation

We have been found guilty, but no one in the media actually has a clue what the exact charges are for. Just like this VB story is pure speculation and rumour until confirmed by the AFL or AFC. Your position is very consistent with the baseless facts media outlets like to portray though, well done.

Nope. It would seem to indicate that the club is aligning its fortunes with Trigg. Which is sweet of them. All for one, and one for all. Let's hope there's more than just loyalty behind that decision.
