It would have never been Carlton and Bulldogs, we'd already played each other, some journa getting half and half information. Carlton and Hawhtorn is much more logical.Carlton and Hawthorn coming to Perth now.Changed from this morning from Carlton and the Bulldogs
It's happening.
Victorian teams set to leave NSW.
There are 2 games scheduled in Sydney for Round 8. I'm sure Gil has a Plan B ready to go. Canberra would be the most logical option to have on standby.I wonder if the round 8 game in Sydney will go ahead.

If they move the GF it has to be Perth imo, 60k stadium, surrounding entertainment areas would easily hold huge crowds too, a time zone which would allow an afternoon GF broadcast to the eastern states in the evening, best of both worlds! assuming we're still COVID free by then.
10 days is a long time in these COVID times we live in.

Gil won't let it go to SA. They didn't even want hubs, so why should they get the GFGF in SA or WA it is then..![]()
The SA-QLD border is open from July 20th and they’ll have served their 14 day quarantine already so they should be fine to stay in Adelaide if they choose to.Can anyone tell me if the Saints will he expected to fly back to Noosa in between the two Adelaide games or can they spend the 5 days in SA?
Can't seem to find it anywhere
Yep, I just thought their government were against clubs staying in SA.The SA-QLD border is open from July 20th and they’ll have served their 14 day quarantine already so they should be fine to stay in Adelaide if they choose to.
Prob the teams hubbing in QLD may fly in and out of WA?Who do Eagles and Fremantle play then? if Carlton and Bulldogs play Collingwood and Geelong.
So Travis Auld has confirmed that from Rd 9 we’ll have non traditional fixtures. I think there’s a good chance “Rd 9” starts on Tuesday 28th July right after Rd 8 ends with Gold Coast v GWS and Wednesday with Richmond v WB.
They’ll need to start condensing the fixture straight away to fit in the 4 games in 3 weeks to get to Rd 12 before the VIC teams return home
