I have been smashing podcasts the last 20 months.

ive been to thailand in my lifetime and i have to say i approve of their bum guns, do you know how much paper i use going to the bathroom? single handedly i go through half a roll in one go, and it makes me feel like a geriatric. i feel like itd benefit the environment if we introduced bum guns here but i dont know how much they cost to get installed or if theres a specialty company. i used to be against it cos the idea that you dont get a towel to dry off your arse worried me, i didnt want to spray in there then sort of walk around with soggy dacks all day but i have to say it was actually a life changing experience going to see this other culture that has somehow evolved to splashing water down there. hopefully we can be more open in australia to other cultures as then this way we can adapt their lifestyles like bum guns

I did that for 20 years or so up to a couple of years ago, played Futsal with my son and his mates, I actually kept up quite well, retired from Futsal now and stick to Yoga, Pilates and Trekking.
