It is obvious Ciri has gone through the trial of grasses at some point so hopefully we see that at some point (the prologue, maybe). There also needs to be a side quest where you hang out with a retired Geralt on his vineyard.

On a serious note, surely this is going to be a ~PS6 release? If it only recently hit full development then we should probably temper the excitement a little bit as we'll be waiting a while.
Also I still want the dice game from Witcher 2 back! It might only be poker with dice but it was as good of a time waster as Gwent.

Really? I had no issue with her performance at all. Actually loved her accent.

Ciri is a ****ing boss, I am stoked they have gone with her, was really worried we where going to end up with a create a witcher and not have a as strong narrative as TW3. Cant wait to see what CDPR cook up for us in 5-8 years time

I was worried they wouldn't go with Ciri either as there is probably more pressure to get it right. The easy thing would have been to create a new Witcher and just have cameos from Ciri et al. Ciri is iconic and already comes with a legacy. Now they have to get it right.

Yeah create-your-own-character wouldn't work anywhere as well for this franchise imo. The story would suffer for it.
Yep, trashed all over socials already. That and she’s not a Witcher, seems to be the bulk of the negativity.
Ciri was always gonna be the main after Witcher 3, what are the chuds crying about now?

Looks brilliant but I wasnt a fan of most of the voice acting. Neither the Scottish accent to start or Ciri's landed for me for whatever reason

Ciri's face in the trailer seemed familiar and it was bugging me. I think it's reminding me of a young Corinne Grant?
