The article is paywalled but it seems like click bait. Fernandes might get into the team of the season but Salah's 27 goals and 18 assists is the stand out.

This is the extent of the article lol (link opens the paywall). https://archive.md/yq3yf

I thought maybe Ian Ladyman had a stroke halfway through, but it looks like that is all he typed.

Saw Western United's new stadium on the train to the footy on Monday.
It's literally on its own surrounded by paddocks. Odd location.
I assume the idea is that it'll all be housing developments around it?

I've been a few times. Once you get to the ground the infrastructure is good. But it's like what you can see from the train, a stadium in the middle of empty paddocks. It's part of a grand plan by Wyndham council to make it part of a new suburb but it's been in the planning stage for years.

Thought this seemed excessive but BBC said that the deadshit's been suspended twice before for 4 and then 8 games making similar comments, hence the 13 match ban

Quite a few clubs are slagging off individual refs either directly or through friendly/briefed media. It's clearly designed to influence decision making.

It's unacceptable and pretty shit from Madrid.

Any other industry and he'd be out the door on gross misconduct.

They're unhinged.
UEFA/FIFA should have the power intervene and punish them for bringing the sport into disrepute.

Openly criticising referees in this manner goes far beyond simple post match frustration at a contentious call. This has some malice to it.

probably the sookiest season ever seen from a club. big bunch of babies.

There is no way that Ballon d’OrGate wasn’t the sookiest moment of Real Madrid’s season. But here we are. 😂

One of the biggest new hospitals in the country is getting built 15 minutes away in a paddock. A lot of money going into the area

It's the fastest growth corridor in Australia, won't take long to fill up.
I guess why it looked out of place is that while there are suburban clubs through out the country that still play in the suburbs it would be rare for the club to be formed before the suburb has formed. No wonder they've been homeless gypsies without an identity to date.

Vasquez, Bellingham and Rudiger red carded late into the second half of extra time in the Copa Del Rey final. Madness.

Barcelona win with a late goal to make it 3-2, and cue the scenes of Real Madrid once again taking the loss well (from brief highlights I’ve seen Barcelona should have two penalties as well that surprisingly weren’t given).

Rudiger is something else. His conduct in their loss to Arsenal at the Bernabeu was disgraceful, and amazingly was permitted to stay on the pitch. Petulant and violent behaviour that once again reared its head again this morning.

If he wasn’t held back here, I wonder who is he charging at with those crazy eyes, the referee? Pathetic stuff.

My guess would be no one. Release him and he’s probably walking up to the referee to yell at him and nothing more. Childish men usually try to act tough, but aren’t really.
