Go GreenEDGE! and there was a dutch rider I liked last year for the polkadot jersey
Johnny Hoogerland? Awesome bloke, ended up upside down in a barbed wire fence after being side swiped by a team car. Still finished the tour.

Yeah, go hoogers!

Ill be watching this year, just like every year ;)

Could be interesting this year. Some bloody strong teams listed this year. Would love to see Cadel win it, but cant see it happening TBH

Why? Equal favourite with Wiggo. Plus Sky also riding for Cav so will be spread thin. BMC solely riding for Cadel.

Too many ITT kms this year, added with not many summit finishes makes it hard for Cadel to make time anywhere against Wiggins. Cadel could easily lose 2mins over 2 ITT's. It is going to be super hard to make that up without many mountain finishes. Even if Cadel attacks early, Team Sky will just reel him back.

Cadel has done this against the Schleck boys before, so he knows what he's going to have to do if he wants to take on the Sky team. It's going to be tough for Cadel, but he seems to have the best team behind him that he has ever been with so he has a shot.

Cadel only took the lead last year in the final ITT, he did not outclimb Schleck. This year he will need to take a decent lead into the final ITT, because he will more than likely lose time to Wiggins. Only thing Cadel has going for him is Wiggins hasn't performed brilliantly in ITT's at the end of a Grand Tour.

BMC is stronger this year compared to last year, but Cadel will still find himself isolated, with teams like Sky, Liquigas, Rabobank and Radishak still having 2 or 3 riders left.

I really hope Cadel can win, I'll be cheering him the whole way, its just that so many things seem to be conspiring against him this year. If he wins it will take a superhuman effort.

You make a good point about the ITT issue for Cadel, but I think he can isolate Wiggo in the mountains.

THE US Anti-Doping agency has given the five cyclists, including key Cadel Evans teammate George Hincapie, a six-month suspended sentence for admitting to doping and giving evidence against Armstrong, according to a report on Cycling Central which quotes Dutch newspaper De Telegraf.
The other riders named are Levi Leipheimer, Dave Zabriskie, Christian Vande Velde, and Jonathan Vaughters, and presumably the other as yet unnamed riders involved in the investigation against Armstrong.
Last week, USADA formally charged Armstrong with using performance-enhancing drugs after re-opening a case against him.
