There will be a lot said about Colby after that, and rightfully so, but the guy has always been tough as hell with one of the great chins.
He's clearly washed and/or significantly ring-rusty, but Buckley was always a bad matchup for Colby. Elite TD defence, far superior striking and able to go at Colby's pace.

If nothing else, this would give us an idea of just how good Ilia's hyped ground game is. I wouldn't put it past him after what he did to Volk and Max back to back, but Islam is an incredibly tough out. I was hyped for the rematch with Tsarukyan, but if that falls through I'm down to see Ilia at 155.
I agree with this, I mean a banger of a fight but if Islam wins people will say he beat up another featherweight.
