I have to laugh at some of the blind supporters saying we’ll make the 8 in 2025. I’ve even seen a couple talking top 4 and 1 fella making the GF. I think muzza makes an excellent point, we’ll have probably another 6 to go in 2026. I would think that 27/28 we could have a tilt at the top 8. Till then, there’s still some heartache ahead.

I thought Rotham showed great promise initially, and would progress within a few years - sorry to see him go and I have wondered if injury cruelled him to the extent he lost confidence and couldn't reach his potential.
Same for Jamaine Jones - a versitile player, perhaps too much so and therefore had insufficient opportunity to cement a game-to-game role.
Then there's Jack Petrucelli - sometimes I have thought he could be a run-down-the-small-forwards back pocket specialist. Or even a burst forward player on the ball - get the ball and rampage forward by any means, just like Yeo does. Probably too late for all that now.
