What has Liberatore done to be the dirtiest player in the league? Got caught with some drugs, so what, possession isn't a big crime.

And on another matter, why on earth would Brisbane name their B&F after Daniel Merrett? Maybe other bloodnuts, like Voss, Leppa or Aka, but Merrett? B-grade player in a B-grade team for most of his career, nothing to name a medal after.

Steve Johnson got off his charge and it's Paul Chapman who plays for Essendon now, not Johnson.

Some of the most uneducated posting I've ever seen in this thread.

The only thing I'm dirty on (and I'm sure the majority of football supporters, whatever their club would agree, especially if you've seen the replay and compared to others that weren't reported or suspended) is the suspension meted out to Chris Scott before that match. I still firmly believe it was probably the greatest inconsistent, unjust judgement made at the tribunal all year.

Bizarre.

The only coach suspended has been James Hird.

Yes I have played team sports. Hockey and softball. Not ever has anyone in my team, threatened another person. We use skill to win.Maybe intimidation is a male team sport thing.Although I have watched many an AFL match since I was a child, and to my untrained eye, some teams appear to be more intimidating in their nature and voice than others.Whether thats a personal player choice or a coaching choice, I will never know.
All I know is that we females really dont like to see other people hurt, when it is not in the context of the rules. Whoever the player or team.
Gees netball has changed since those days!

The dirtiest players are the ones that do it behind play, off the ball, when the other guy isn't expecting it, and they should get double the suspension

Has to be this guy surely...

Did they not have the "like" facility, back in the day? Old Shinboners had 27K posts, and only 14 "likes". Is this an accurate reflection of his/her engagement of other posters, or an anomoly based on the provision of historical feedback?

EDIT: One A.Goodes, closely followed by C.Judd - for thread integrity.

You can't be serious surely? The b&f is named after Roger Merrett, the former Bears greatest player and Kevin Murray arguably Fitzroy's greatest. Daniel has nothing to do with it.

Probably the fact that likes didn't come in to bigfooty until after they stopped posting iirc (either that or there is very little overlap)

Doubt they've got many likes other than the odd poster liking a post in an old thread

Look at most posters post to like ratio and you'll find it gets closer to 1:1 the newer they are - some would be well above a like per post as well

Definitely agree on Judd, has committed some of the dirtest acts on a football field of any current player. The chicken wing and pressure point incident were just plain disgraceful and in my opinion far worse than Vickery. Also known for using his elbow a fair bit, remember the Pavlich insufficient force, but caused two stiches.

To be accurate, it was five stitches but yeah 'insufficient force'

This bloke is a serial offender. Don't forget he also eye gouged Campbell Brown who later admitted he lied to get Judd off. So the AFL charged Brown and Judd got 3 votes. Absolute grub of a player.

Wait till the "Judd is a hack", "GAJ is overrated" or even "Dane Swan gets cheappies" threads start popping up.

Grub of a bloke too. One of Fev's more infamous incidents was the 'Mad Monday' penis. Fev was dragged over the coals publicly by the club with Judd hanging him out in the wind, but who gave it too him?

You're a still top bloke if you throw a punch, run past the ball to bump, drop the knees, slide in, throw an elbow or trip. Jonathan Brown, Sam Mitchell, Dustin Fletcher and Luke Hodge are still saints. That's just football like the things Leigh Matthews did to players and ball players like Ken Hunter. Judd should play like Hodge.
