Did anyone see the episode with Will Ferrell tonight? Absolutely embarrassing and cringe-worthy. They asked him the stupidest questions you will ever hear, he then has no idea how to reply to it and comes up with a something as dumb as the question and they all laugh their heads off at something even he would think wasnt funny at all. The best part of the show though was when they crossed live to Patty Mills in London.

This is how the conversation went down: (Paraphrasing)

Carrie: Hey Patty great to have you on the show, can you beat the United States?
Mills: Yeah well thats the goal
*Long, awkward silence*
Will Ferrell: Patty, Patty, Patty, Patty, Patty (audience and panel laughs).... Are you seriously even going to show up? (more laughs)
Mills: Were actually wondering if you guys are going to
Ferrell: Who are you most looking forward to guarding? Lebron, Bryant.. I could go on...(Laughs)
Mills: I think me and Lebron are the same size so that should be a good match-up.
Carrie: Okay, its been great to have you on Patty, thanks for your time and good luck.

the interviews seem rushed although didnt see that one

only saw the last maybe 2 segments involving WF. even that seemed rushed, and not particularly natural.

You have to handed to them - The show has survived when everybody said it was going to get axed in it's first year in 2009. It must be rating good enough to justify it's 6pm schedule, as producing this show would most likely be far more expensive than airing Simpson re-runs.

The Project is awful. The fact that there are people who will watch it and think that they're informed about the world makes me very sad.

I can't comprehend why this show hasn't been axed yet. If you want the news you're far better off watching an actual news broadcast, and if you want humour you're better off going to a children's cancer ward. They're a bunch of sterile, humourless campaignerloads.

The Paddy Mills interview was cringeworthy at best. I really felt so bad for him - he probably took out an hour of his day for 3 minutes of pointless questions.

Besides that part, I thought Ferrell wasn't bad.

i do not watch channel 10, probably watched about 10 hours in the past 8 months. I remember watching this show on debut and would have put money on it being axed within a few weeks. How the f is this still going and who the f watches this??

For a show that is supposed to be "stupid", "cringeworthy" and "pathetic", or "should have been axed years ago", there is an awfully high number of posts in this thread. It may just be me, but it appears that even those who say the show is stupid watch it often enough to comment on it.

It begs the question is the show stupid? Or is the viewer?
