I know Chase bowled ok but for the life of me can not work out why you have Hope and Hetmyer on the bench. Charles is so hit and miss I would have opened with King and Hope, Hetmyer in for Chase.

Is Jason Holder injured or not selected? Surely you fit Mayers and Holder in to.
