For those who have a subscription to Amazon Prime, what is the quality of the broadcast vision like and who are the commentators?? ie are they just the same sort of blokes, and girls that the previous ODI and T20 World Cups international broadcaster have used?

Who's commentating?

Having missed selection in Australia's squad for the tournament, Steve Smith has joined the ICC commentary panel featuring cricketing legends and renowned broadcasters to provide insights and analysis across the nine host locations in the USA and Caribbean.

Smith will be joined in the booth by 2021 T20 World Cup-winning skipper Aaron Finch, as well as Mel Jones, Ricky Ponting, Matthew Hayden, Lisa Sthalekar and Tom Moody from Australia.

Renowned broadcasters Ravi Shastri, Nasser Hussain, Ian Smith, Jones, Harsha Bhogle and Ian Bishop will lead a more than 40-strong team of commentators for the 29-day tournament.

Its the usual ones: Ian Bishop, Germanos, Ian Smith, Nasser Hussain, Aaron Finch as far as I know

They got a local US commentator by the name of 'JOBOY' as sort of a local correspondent.

For ICC events they do all the broadcast / commentary. Almost identical to the one day world cup last year, which means you're not getting a substandard broadcast.

Just watched the highlights, 25 mins.

You can start the stream from the beginning (if you join late), or watch a rapid recap. You can live pause, rewind etc.

Free trials for Amazon Prime membership, or you can use your Telstra reward points for a 3 or 12 month membership.

Jomboy is great. He normally breaks down baseball moments, lip reads all the punch ups and terrible umpire calls (he blew up the the Astros cheating scandal went back and found vision and trashcan banging noises).

He also reviews cricket during the baseball off season. So he's a real one.
