i have just read an article about the bloke that has finally been convicted of raping and murdering that little girl in her own bed...
he then killed another women and is suspected of others while working for puff'n billy...

everytime i read stories like this it makes me want more and more to see the return of some medi-evil punishment for these ****ing ar#eholes....

if found guilty, and i mean they have admitted to the crime...
( or its just plain obvious they did it..ie.. DNA...)

tie them up, give the family members a chance to lay in some punches,then give them all a bag of railway rocks and put them at a distance where they wont always hit the target,this will make it a slower,more painfull death...

thats just one idea i have for these low life scums of the earth,believe me i have many more...

they disgust me to no end....

These people are the absolute scum of the earth. If I had my own children, and these bastards got their fingers on them, I'd probably feel like exactly that punishment. Or even my two year old cousin, who I am very close to - if something ever happened to her, I'd probably want to kill them myself.

However, just like I don't agree with the death penalty...do two wrongs make a right?

being stoned to death is actually still fairly common, especially in the middle east.

Hmmm....they still practise female circumcision over there, too. (As well as all sorts of other violence against women.) Not a go at you, but we hardly need to be like the Middle East.

certainly with child rapists or killers it is worth it....yes..
i am also of the opinion that basically anyone who rapes,bashes or kills elderly people should suffer the same...
the families of these victims suffer for life...!!! whats wrong with some suffering for scum that commit these horrible acts....

I know where you're coming from, and it's all a matter of feelings. But torture is inhumane, it's stooping to their level, and it doesn't fix anything.

basically if it happened to one of my family it would be for complete satisfaction and peace of mind knowing i got one in for them when they got it without defence...

The justice system in NSW needs to get tougher when it comes to heinous crimes. To hell with Political Correctness and pandering to particular sensitivites!

I've known of one sick case of a child-killer in Sydney last year, who r*ped and killed a five-year old girl. Not sure about when his trail is due to start, but I hope he gets the maximum punishment possible.

I agree, particularly in the case of people who attack/murder young children or the elderly......they are the absolute scum of the earth and I don't ****ing care if they had problems when they were children or anything like that, there are tons of us who did and still can carry on as normal human beings and don't resort to gutless and disgusting acts like that!

I'm not so sure about capital punishment, but they should NEVER be released from jail. Never. Especially if they've murdered a child, they have taken an entire lifetime away from someone, so they should spend the rest of theirs paying for it. Not to mention the damage they do to the victims families.....it just makes me sick to think about it!

the question of punishment isnt about the individual, rather whats best for society, If you kill one child rapist, the next one wont do it. Choose the punishment of the criminal, or the next child. Despite the media, the facts say when the death penalty is introduced, the murder rate typically halves within years, i would assume that other crimes would follow

but again, it lets the politicians look like they are doing something to be protecting society from the death pentalty because its "so evil".

'Not legally'? Exactly my point. And for a start, when was female circumcision ever legal? Cutting off the female genitalia, with a dirty knife and not under any sort of anaesthetic...

It's practised over in some third world/middle eastern countries. What's it got to do with Iran in particular? I didn't mean to quote any link to Iran, I was quoting the middle-eastern reference.

The way women are treated in some of those countries is horrendous. Brothers killing their sisters who have 'committed sin' (ie slept with someone not of their religion, slept with someone outside of marriage) in order to cleanse (I forget the name they have for it) their family of it. Female circumcision. Forced prostitution. Rape. You wanna suggest all the evidence is made up bull****? First hand stories from women who've been through it all? Pfft.

But I digress. Capital punishment is surely backwards and makes those of us that give the go ahead to the execution no better than any other criminal. Who are we to say who gets to live and who doesn't? Do we not consider ourselves better people than murderers and rapists?

Throw them in prison and toss away the key. Let them suffer for life.
