Has been impressive lately without winning. Liking Wall Street still, quality horse and drops backs to its preferred distance.

Like Simon Marshall said before the race Australia is the Jamaica of sprinters when it comes to the gallops and Black Caviar Usain Bolt x10. There would not be a thing in this world that would get within 2lengths of her, she is just amazing.

Loved the Moody interview after the race, he is a straight shooter and a fantastic trainer. Looks as though her long term future is here in Australia but likely to head to Dubai for there big sprint race.

Hay List was off the bit 700 from home, don't think he was 100%. Star Witness put in the run of his life just probably lacks the high rolling speed in transit that BC has and was already extended while she was just being niggled along.

Yeah, great run, SW vs Hay List next year will be a massive race, but BC is the star, should take her overseas and show her off to the world.

If I owned her, I wouldn't be running her in Australia till next Spring, she'd be off to Hong Kong, Dubai then England.

Gold Salute in the next. Ran third in this last year behind so you think and all american with 2.5kg more. Has a pretty good record at flemington as well.

Black Piranha - WIN @ 15.00

Gold Salute - EACH WAY @ Maxidiv.

Also got a wide quaddie, with about 10 horses in this race.

I obviously like both of them

R&S (current form and history), RVL and TVN race replays is where/how I do mine. Current form and expected peak is always the biggest factor for mine, speed map next and in the end lining up my thoughts Vs the race odds and going in with who I think is over the odds.. everyone's different though i guess if everyone had the same perfect formula, we'd all be gazillionaires

I included Allez Wonder and i think she is decent roughie in the Emirates! I was on her when she won the Toorak last year and was the same odds and a very similar lead up to today's race. Needs a dry track and gets it today.

Worth $5 E/W at 50-1.

For Ascot today:

My blackbooker, Brother Mak goes around in the seventh today after 3 weeks off, out to 1800 which probably still isn't enough but it FLEW last start, think it will be right in the finish. Colour Correct will start a warm favourite, although I think based on Brother Mak's last run, At the $8 I think it's good value.
