When is it knock off time?

I always thought due to #VICBIAS we should have 3 shifts.

7am-3pm
3pm -11pm
11pm-7am

Would really like a nerd like serial_thrilla to do some stats on these hours and se most prolific in each shift and another one for the hardworkers who do multiples.

I strongly feel that there should be peeps posting not just in the day or early evening but late as well.

I would like to have more campaigners around in the wee hours.
