Hillarious!!
would expect dandy to be an extremely strong outfit this week as they have 6 or 7 players now available that have been releived of their senior duty ready to go it will be a very interesting game and doveton have the same advantage as well it could quite easily be curtains for the skye next saturday week i dont think that the big lump skye has in the ruck will be anywhere as dominent as he has been against bart, i think bart may be just a tad too mobile for him bart is a super star :p

dandy will be very dangerous depending on who those blokes coming back are!!1 or 2 names wouldn't worry skye!! still think skye just in a ripper!!

Got a lift for Saturday. Looks like I'm drinking piss from 11:45am. Maybe even a few on the way, it's a long drive from Maribyrnong. Don't Skye have players that have been relieved of senior duty too? Bart is Jim Stynes reincarnate. I like Andrew Vella too, but Vinny's better. I'll be going for Skye. Going for Canterbury in the big one, I love paying out Kirkup. Never met him and he's probably a nice bloke, but that hair and the headband... :D

Hasn't his used by date expired yet? From what I've heard, he is pushing the door open for the super rules. Couldn't kick it over a jam tin.

hey Blac,
bad news if prognosis is correct, for you guys. Seemed to play alright during the game though. Must have been running on adrenalin.

Haven't seen Dandy since they gave away their Seniors hopes, so hard to report on them. Only saw half a game of Skye too last time, as I somehow got myself into the ones (Now advertising for Senior coaches, coincidence?). All depends on who is eligible I reckon. Can Pat Malone ruck the twos? Vinny will need to be tagged, and there's another guy who might be 53 but I'm not sure who goes ok in the midfield for Skye. Dandy's form line has been good, 4 from the last 5 including one over Skye, but somehow losing to an injury riddled Mount who were themselves unpredictable as the Yarras and Sandown both got over them in the last 3 weeks. My conclusion is that the Why factor could be anything, but will probably depend on the quality of Seniors players all three teams have available as they're all out of the race in the Ones.

Now that we've established that I'm really only guessing, I reckon Skye over Dandy, then Dandy over Doveton and Skye again in the Granny. Skye and Dandy are the only two teams we haven't knocked off this year, and we got within 4 points of Dandy. I think Mount was unimpressive towards the end, but can't explain the Dandy game. You blokes will have to play a lot better than you did against us last time if you're to stand a chance next week. For what it's worth, Bernard Brady has tipped Skye out in straight sets and Wormy to lead the Eagles to a flag though.

Does anyone now the eligibility requirements? Is it games played in the twos, or can't have played a certain amount in Seniors or what?

From what i can remember, no more than 9 senior games and ( i think 5, could be 4, reserve games to qualify for reserves). To play seniors, it doesn't matter how many reserve games played.

don't hold me to this though, just recalling from what I have heard.

After finally getting through all that I have to agree with you Cow. Think Skye over Dandy, Dandy over Doveton and the Skye in the Granny. But good luck to all guys playing wish it was us. Good that we have a lift now Cow, should be a good day.

Ummm I think Skye have some senior players available as well. I know Jamie Walker is available and he tore Dandenong a new one when Skye smashed Dandenong at Dandenong this year. Walker and Barnes in the forward line is a very strong forward line. More mobile and quicker than Dandenongs. With Pates, Reece and Vinnie in the midfield and Big Roder's in the ruck will be a very formidible side.

Heard some great news the other night that Madman will be available for the grannie if Skye make it.

There is a subclause in players eligibility that enables him to
Rule 12-3-a
Point 2
Any player that has played less than 4 games of the year due to a serious injury and has been named in the teamsheet in an officical capacity. An application will be need to be relevant sporting body 2 weeks prior to the schduled return.

A request has been made and the SFL has approved this request and Madman will be available to play in the grannie (albeit if we make it)

as a commitee member and having just recently seen the finances of skye fc on paper, i know for a fact that we are doing more then fine clown!!

Sorry Madman, but that is funny. Good luck tomorrow, I'll be going for you boys. Heading down there with kuta, TigerArmy88, BoundForGlory and a couple of others. It'll be good watching Vinny play and not having to barrack against him! :D
